Required Qualifications
A current safety certification - Iowa Coaches Cheer Association.
Work Schedule
During the season, the work schedule will be 2-3 hours daily M-F. Various nights and weekends are also required for meets and games.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
• Assists the head coach in supervising, instructing, and teaching the skills needed to be a cheerleader.
• Attends all practices and has the ability to coach at an individual, small group, and team level.
• Models sports-like behavior and maintains appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators.
• Communicates effectively with coaching staff, student-athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Participates in special events to include banquets, award nights, and pep assemblies.
• Follows and maintains knowledge of all district policies and procedures.
• Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation
$2,869 season stipend
