Coaching Duties

• Develop and implement coaching strategies to enhance player skills and team performance.
• Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture.

Administrative Tasks

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators regarding team schedules, rules, and regulations.
• Manage team finances, including budgeting and fundraising.

Safety and Risk Management

• Ensure player safety during practices and games by providing proper equipment, supervision, and first aid training.
• Develop and implement injury prevention and response protocols.

Coaching Experience

• 2+ years of coaching experience at the high school or youth soccer level.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field.
• Current US Soccer Coaching Certification and First Aid/CPR certification.

Travel

• Willingness to travel for away games and tournaments.

Salary Range

• $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
