Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the head coach to develop and implement practice plans and game strategies
• Assist with scouting, film analysis, and player development
• Manage team travel and logistics
• Maintain open lines of communication with players, parents, and school administrators
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the program

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: Salary and Benefits: Clearance Requirements:
• 3+ years of coaching experience at the high school level or equivalent
• Proven track record of developing student-athletes into successful college prospects
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• First aid/CPR certification
• College coaching experience or equivalent
• National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) certification
• Experience working with student-athletes with diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
