Overview

Fitch Basketball Boys Assistant Varsity Coach AEA Supplemental Requests via an internal application will be accepted until 2:00 pm on 9/23/26. Salary: > AEA members: 15% of the base salary in accordance with the AEA negotiated agreement. > Non-aea members: 15% of the base salary on the non-degreed certificated salary schedule.

Requirements

Current and valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit. > Favorable state and federal background check. > Negative drug screen result.

Qualifications

Experience as a basketball coach at the freshman level or higher. > Have a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. > Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, parents, and students. Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must meet the requirements of pupil activity permit and complete any compliance courses as assigned by administration.
