Job Description:
Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Reports to: Principal

Job Goal:
Provides intensive academic and personal development assistance to assigned students.

Terms of Employment:
Maximum of 16 hours per week. Salary determined by number of college hours earned.

Evaluation:
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the district evaluation plan.

Performance Responsibilities:
Assists students in developing study skills.
Works as a liaison between the student and teacher.
Maintains tutorial records for individual students.
Works to establish and maintain a positive rapport with students.
Assists students with improving academic self-confidence.
Assists in preparing the program evaluation.
Serves as a positive role model for students.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
