High School Theater Program: Production Assistant

Job Summary

Coordinates with the HS Boosters/Director.
Manages account budgets, scheduling, and overall production logistics.
Manages billing (props, costumes, lights/sound).
Manages tickets sales (Ludus System)/oversees daily operations of the performances.
Promotes the production through posters, school signs, social media, and announcements.
Creates the digital or printed program including one-liners and advertising.
Coordinates and communicates with parent volunteers (cast party, t-shirt orders, concession stands, raffle table, candy grams, etc.).
