Job Title: Paraprofessional

Job Description:
* Assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities and classroom management.
* Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives introduced by the teacher.
* Support students with varying academic and developmental needs, including those receiving special education services (IEP & 504).
* Supervise students in the classroom, during transitions, recess, lunch, and other school activities.
* Help implement behavior management plans as directed by the teacher or specialist staff.
* Prepare and organize classroom materials, supplies, and learning centers.
* Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
* Provide social and emotional support to help students adjust to the school environment.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development as required.
* Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to support student success.
Position: 29 hours per week
