Job Title: Paraprofessional
Hours: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day (6:50am-1:50pm), including a 1/2 unpaid lunch break.
Salary: Based on paraprofessional contract salary schedule, which can be found at https://www.billericak12.com/human-resources.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare instructional material and learning activities in assigned classroom.
* Provide direct instruction to groups of students or individuals in or out of the classroom.
This may include:
Implementation of individualized and small group instruction and discussions
Accommodating and modifying materials to match students' needs as prescribed by the teacher.
* Assist with the collection of student data.
* Consult with teachers on students' progress and on specific strategies and methodologies to be used.
* Supervise unstructured time such as recess and/or lunch duty unless directed otherwise.
* Assist the teacher in clean-up.
* Assist students in using technology.
* Assist substitutes in following lesson plans when classroom teacher is absent
Ability to lift 30lbs. independently
Willingness to participate in toileting activities is required.
Provide other related duties that the principal, assistant principal, special education director, and/or teacher may assign.
