The Primary Purpose Of The Student Enrollment Ambassador Is To

• Increase Enrollment Through Authentic Peer Outreach
• Strengthen Family Trust And Connection
• Create Student Leadership Opportunities
• Improve Retention Through Peer Influence

Family And Student Outreach

• Call, text, or message families who have expressed interest in enrolling
• Share personal experiences about TCA
• Answer general student-life questions
• Encourage families to complete enrollment steps
• Remind students about orientation, required documents, and first-day expectations

Referral And Recruitment Support

• Promote the student referral program
• Encourage peers to invite eligible friends and family
• Track referrals accurately

Event Support

• Assist with enrollment events and orientations
• Serve as student representatives during orientations and special events
• Support social media testimonials as needed

Retention Support

• Check in with newly enrolled students
• Encourage attendance and engagement during the first 30-60 days

Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors

Prolonged computer use.
• Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions.
