Job Title: ABA Tutor

Implement Individualized ABA Programs and Behavior Intervention Plans
As designed by the BCBA, provide direct 1:1 or small-group instruction to support students in the development of communication, social, academic, and self-care skills.

Utilize Reinforcement Strategies and Data-Driven Techniques
to encourage positive behavior. Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughout sessions.

Collaborate with Teachers and Therapists
to support carryover of skills across settings. Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment at all times.

Adhere to District and Special Education Policies
Ensure compliance with each student's individualized education program (IEP) and/or 504 plan.
