Job Description

Dracut High School is looking for a dedicated part-time special education paraprofessional to join our team and provide essential assistance to our students. As a paraprofessional, you will work as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with classroom teachers who provide direct instruction and guidance, counselors, and service providers. This position is in our post graduate special education program working with students who are 18-22 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred. Some assignments may include direct supervision and support of one or more students throughout the school day, personal care support, self-care support, toileting and/or diapering, and any other duties and responsibilities as directed by special education teachers, inclusion specialists, therapists and as assigned by a principal.
