Job Description: Fremont-Mills Community School District is seeking a motivated, student-centered secondary paraeducator for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and administration to provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in grades 7-12.

Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and small-group support to students under the direction of licensed staff
* Assist students with academic work, classroom activities, organization, and skill development
* Support the implementation of student IEPs, accommodations, behavior plans, and other individualized supports as directed by licensed staff
* Encourage student independence, responsibility, and positive decision-making
* Assist teachers with classroom routines and student supervision
* Support students in general education and special education settings as assigned
* Supervise students during transitions, lunch, study halls, and other school activities as needed
* Build positive and professional relationships with students and staff
* Maintain confidentiality regarding students and student records
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and administration
* Promote a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
* Perform other student-support duties as assigned
