Job Title: Worker, Sites ===================================== Qualifications:" + High school diploma or equivalent + Valid Florida driver’s license + One year of related experience + Valid Florida Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brakes Endorsement + Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy minimum qualifications. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Responsibilities: - Additional Job Information:** + $15.50 per hour, 8 hours/day, 255 days/year + Compensation may increase based upon relevant education and experience

• Knowledge of a variety of sites equipment, tools, seeds, and fertilizers and related products and their uses.
• Knowledge of general policies and procedures for the functional area of assignment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Public Records, Sunshine Law,FERPA, and other laws/regulations related to student and employee privacy, public information, and records retention.
• Knowledge of and experience with industry-standard equipment, materials, practices, computers, and applications.
• Maintain and care for sites and school campuses including asphalt repairs.
• Assist in the grading of soil and installation of sod and mulch.
• Mow lawns with hand and/or power tools.
• Maintain and service all sites equipment.
• Collect and dispose of leaves and refuse.
• Assist in the installation and repair of fencing and playground equipment.
• Spray for weed control and fertilization.
• Operate related equipment such as bat wing mower, dump truck, bucket truck, front end loader, bobcat, trencher, and tractor with box blade.
• Comply with applicable safety regulations and procedures.
• Utilize basic district computer applications for communication, training, and record keeping.
• Assist in the instruction of personnel on specific tasks when required.
• Register with the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Maintain driver and CDL licensure and required endorsements if applicable.
