Job Description

Under direction of the Cook Manager, prepare and cook menu items on schedule making sure food items are properly cooked and served. Willingness to learn and implement district policies and state regulations. Adhere to production schedule to produce meals efficiently. Maintain appropriate paperwork as required by district and state (production records, participation records, etc.). Assist in maintenance and monitoring of inventory Ordering of food items as necessary Attend trainings as assigned Other responsibilities as assigned by the director

Job Requirements

Serv Safe certification within 90 days Choke safe certification Allergen awareness certification. Prior experience in school food service preferred Prior management experience preferred

Salary & Benefits

Per agreement between the Georgetown School Committee and Georgetown Cafeteria Workers.
