Job Title: Substitute School Nurse

Job Description: The Amherst, Pelham and Amherst-Pelham Regional School Districts are currently seeking highly-qualified candidates for the position of Substitute School Nurse. Substitute school nurses meet the health needs of the children in the school in which they serve. The nurses are provided with an orientation at each of the schools before their first assignment.

Requirements:
* Licensed and eligible to practice in the state of Massachusetts by birth
* Hold current CPR certification

Duties:*
* Health office support
* Field trip coverage
* 1:1 support
* Other health office needs as determined by the Nurse Manager

Salary:
Determined by current contractual agreements.

This application is the first step in becoming an employee with our school district. Once your application is approved, you will be invited for an interview where you will be required to complete and/or furnish the following documents:
* Federal and state tax withholding form [W-4, M-4]
* CORI [Criminal Offense Record Inquiry] form
* National Criminal Background Check
* I-9 Employment Eligibility Form and required documentation (example - driver's license, passport, etc.)
* OBR A retirement forms
* Copy of RN/LPN License
* Copy of CPR certification

Orientation:
Attendance in a 1/2 day paid orientation program
