Youth Theater Program: Production Assistant

Job Summary

Production Assistant (Title IV/3Points/$1200)

Manages account budgets, scheduling, and overall production logistics.
Manages billing (props, costumes, lights/sound)
Manages tickets sales (Ludus System)/ oversees daily operations of the performances.
Publicity - promotes the production through posters, school signs, social media, and announcements.
Program/ playbill designer - creates the digital or printed program including one-liners and advertising.
Manages and mentors the student drama club committee.
Coordinates and communicates with the parent volunteers (cast party, t-shirt orders, concession stands, raffle table, candy grams, etc.)
