The ideal candidate will inspire students to achieve their academic potential while fostering a love for learning. - Key Responsibilities:* - Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Must hold or be eligible to hold appropriate NC licensure from the NC Department of Public Instruction (Birth-Kindergarten or Preschool Add-on Certification required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and utilize various teaching strategies. - Preferred Skills: Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
