Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the ML teacher as instructed by the principal to deliver services to our EL student population.
• Provide instructional support as directed by principal and ML teacher (i.e. reviewing vocab/grammar through flashcards etc.).
• Build strong relationships and open communication with students and families.
• Serve as the liaison/link between student/family and school.
• Communicate with families via texts, WhatsApp, and phone calls when instructed.*

Interpret for conferences.

• Report any information given from parents to principal, nurse, or secretary (sick calls, etc).*

Maintain a log of family communication.

• At the end of the year, contact families to fill out lunch forms and bus forms for the following year.
