Job Summary: - Serve as the district's senior law enforcement administrator and provide executive leadership for the Yantis ISD Police Department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement a professional, student-centered, legally compliant school district police department under the direction of the Superintendent and in coordination with the Board of Trustees, legal counsel, TCOLE, and local law enforcement partners.
* Direct all department operations and remain accountable to and report directly to the Superintendent.
* Patrol district property to protect all students, personnel, and visitors from physical harm and prevent property loss due to theft or vandalism.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Ability to work independently.
* Expansion of law enforcement duties may include developing and teaching law enforcement courses at Yantis High School.
