• Operating and maintaining equipment to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Following established safety procedures to minimize risk of injury or damage.
• Maintaining accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborating with other personnel to achieve plant goals and objectives.
• Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Lifting, carrying, or pushing equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Standing for long periods of time and walking on uneven terrain.
• Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policy.
• Obtaining and maintaining a valid driver's license.
• Completing all required training programs and certifications.
• Passing background checks and other security screenings as required by the company.
• Working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Being available to work overtime as needed.
• Maintaining a regular attendance record.
