• Provide individualized physical therapy services to students.
• Develop and implement therapy goals and treatment plans.
• Support students' mobility, motor skills, and physical development.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning as needed.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
• Valid Massachusetts physical therapist license required.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and student-focused.
