Job Title: Physical Therapist - Long Term Substitute
Job Description: Part-time substitute to cover leave, flexible ranging from .4 to 1.0 position.
Salary: In accordance with the Melrose Public Schools' unit A salary schedule, prorated per FTE.
Responsibilities:*
* Developing positive relationships with student, staff and families
* Student assessment
* Direct physical therapy services for students in preschool through 12th grade
* IEP development with school-based goals and objectives
* Progress monitoring
* Timely completion of all corresponding paperwork.
