Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated physical therapist to provide individualized therapy services to students with diverse physical, developmental, and mobility needs. The PT will help students improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
• Support mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and functional skills.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as needed.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Valid New York State PT license.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
