Currently Seeking a Passionate and Creative Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Boston, MA for the school year. This 1:1 bedside tutoring position will involve working in a hospital facility, providing academic support to child and adolescent school-age patients.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Plan and deliver daily lesson plans,
- Provide individualized assistance to students,
- Regularly communicate about student progress as needed,
- Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success,
- Maintain accurate attendance and session reports.
Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one time.

Position Hours

Position hours are flexible (up to 8 hours per day), Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution, M.A. teaching certification, Comfortable working within a pediatric and adolescent population, Reliable transportation, Must be available between 8am-4:30pm
