Job Title: Reading Specialist Part Time $80 to 85 per Hour
Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a part-time, in-person Reading Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will provide individualized support to students facing challenges with reading and literacy.

Responsibilities:
* Administer assessments to evaluate students' reading levels and identify specific needs
* Develop and implement tailored instructional plans that address individual student challenges
* Provide one-on-one or small group reading instruction focusing on fluency, comprehension, and phonics
* Employ a range of evidence-based teaching strategies and materials to enhance learning
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to monitor progress and modify instruction as necessary
* Keep detailed records of student progress and assessment results

Position Details:
* 20 hours per week, four days a week, five hours per day
* $80-$85 per hour
