Job Overview

Currently, we are seeking passionate and creative teachers to join our team. For the 26-27 school year, these unique positions will involve working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to child and adolescent school-age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment.

Position Options

All include full benefits including paid time off, vacations, & holidays:
• -Part-time 4 hours daily (4:00-8:00pm)
• -Part-time 5 hours daily (2:30-7:30pm or 3:00-8:00pm)
• -Full-time 8 hours daily (11:00-7:30pm or 11:30-8:00pm)

Hourly Position Options

$35/hour, no benefits:
• -Hourly 3 hours daily (2:30-4:40pm)
• -Hourly 3 hours daily (5:00-7:30pm)

Role of a LearnWell Teacher

In the role of a LearnWell teacher, you will have the opportunity to plan and deliver daily lesson plans, provide individualized assistance to students, and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one time.
