Job Description: Sullivan Boces RPEC Team Leader
Will work collaboratively with school administrators to assure student success. The team leader coordinates and facilitates team activities, and serves as a liaison to other teams.
Purpose:
Team meetings provide the opportunity for special education and alternative education staff (teachers, related service personnel, paraprofessionals) to communicate student/program needs and devise strategies to meet these needs.
To plan and support positive activities to promote positive school culture and climate.
Responsibilities of the team leader include:
Develop an agenda for each meeting (with input from members) and submit to administration via Google Drive in the team leader folder by 12:00 on the day of the meeting.
Record attendance on team minute form.
Complete minutes on team minute form via Google Document.
Submit team meeting minutes to administration by Monday at 9:00 am via Google Drive.
Attend Team Leader Council (TLC) meetings once a month as scheduled.
