Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team in the ABC Room. The successful candidate will provide support to our students with diverse needs, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, including assistance with daily living skills, academic tasks, and social interactions.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
• Promote a safe and respectful learning environment, adhering to our school's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education Certificate preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience working with children with diverse needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
