Overview
Job Title - Building Custodian II, 2nd Shift - Float - --- - --- - Position Overview - Under the direction of the Head Custodian, the selected candidate will clean, empty trash, dust, mop, disinfect, wash, polish, wipe, paint, remove/shovel snow, receive/stock supplies, strip/wax floors, use lifting/moving equipment, operate machinery, make deliveries, replace light bulbs, work from ladders, report hazards, secure the building and perform other custodial tasks as trained and assigned. - Selected Candidate Requirements - The selected candidate will have the knowledge, skill and abilities highlighted in the job description as well as a high school diploma or GED. - Physical Demands - The selected candidate will be required to perform manual labor including, but not limited to, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting, bending, climbing and repetitive motion.
