Job Title: Middle School - Paraeducator > > Responsibilities: > * Collaborate with staff and service providers to deliver IEP services > * Support students in classrooms with academic/behavioral/emotional needs. > * Maintain positive relationships with families, allowing classroom teachers to address concerns with parents > * Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and take risks > * Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information regarding children, families, and staff > * Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, families, and staff. > * Facilitate group activities > > Additional Responsibilities: > Other duties assigned by the building administration and/or supervising staff
