Duties include: scheduling practices, daily practice plans, emailing parents and families, distribution and collection of medical forms, equipment management, uniform distribution, supervising games and transportation to games. - - Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Coaching experience required - Ability to organize game and practice plans - Excellent oral and written communication skills - - Desired Qualifications - - - - - - Essential Job Duties - - - - - Example: - Supervision of students before, during, and after games - Provide practice plans, structured drills, and meaningful feedback - Weekly communication with parent/guardian - Preparing the fields - Communicate with athletic director/principal - Reporting injuries to athletic director and nurse - Punctual and professional - - Work Environment & Physical Requirements - - - - - Work Environment: - Work is generally performed after the school day, however there are some occasions that meetings will occur during the day. - - - - - Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the coach is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk, and hear. The coach is regularly required to bend, stoop, crouch and/or kneel. The coach is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
