This position is contingent upon funding. > The Mentor Manager will work with mentors and mentees at the middle school level. > Qualifications: > Must be a licensed teacher > Must have a minimum of 5 years' successful teaching experience, at least 3 years in Brockton > Must have a recent recommendation from a principal or supervisor > Interest in or experience with mentor teaching preferred > At least a two-year commitment to the position is preferred > Strong organizational and communication skills > Educator at the middle school level > Duties and Responsibilities: > Coordinate and provide the mentor and mentee professional development activities, when available > Monitor logs and ongoing communication with Keri Clark to ensure proper budget and payroll management > Communicate with mentors, mentees, and appropriate administrators > Modify and implement the program assessment tool > Address needs of the program; work with other mentor managers > Plan for the future needs of the program > Other related duties as the need arises > Compensation: The $2,200 stipend for the 2026-2027 school year is contingent upon the anticipated retirement of the current position holder and will be prorated based on the length of service. > Interested Personnel Must Apply On: School Spring > *By October 5, 2026
