Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reach Associate (RA) with a strong background in mathematics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing math-based solutions to support student learning.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement math-based solutions to support student learning
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to design and deliver instruction
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field preferred
- Strong background in mathematics, particularly in algebra and geometry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in mathematics or related field
- Experience working with students in a educational setting
- Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation
