The Role:
• Creating, preparing, planning, communicating, and hosting professional development activities with clients, constituents, and partners.
• Responding to technical assistance needs, including follow-up support for coaching to teachers, administrators, and social services personnel.
• Preparing agendas and materials for diverse learning modalities (in-person, virtual, and asynchronous).

Qualifications

===================== - Education & Experience: Master's degree in Education. Minimum of 7 years of teaching or related classroom/school experience. • Strong knowledge and expertise across a broad range of educational/school-related topics.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Self-directed with ability to work independently and with competence.
• Ability to adjust priorities based on need, demonstrate conceptual thinking, and propose innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and/or other training applications.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new content areas.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with internal and external teams.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Excellent time management: successful multi-tasker with attention to detail who can set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Expertise in Microsoft and Google Suite and virtual learning meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, Teams).
