Responsibilities

• assist in the preparation and serving of food in a quick and pleasant manner.
• prepare the cafeteria serving area.
• assume responsibility for seeing that during meal service periods the supply of food offered is replenished regularly.
• remove used dishes and assists in the cleaning of counters, tables, and furnishings in the dining and kitchen area.
• help maintain a correct monthly inventory of all food service food and supplies.
• perform related duties as required including duties at special meal functions.
• perform such other duties that may be reasonably requested by the kitchen manager.
