Job Summary
Performs a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to cleaning floors/classrooms/restrooms, collecting trash, material handling, and light maintenance.
Qualifications
Requires high school diploma or its equivalent.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures, previous experience (5 years) in a custodial position is desired.
Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of HVAC control systems.
Must have a valid Mass Driver's License.
Must be able to lift/transport heavy loads and work nights and weekends.
