Job Description:
The Western Buckeye Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for the position of
Intervention Specialist. This position will provide instructional and special education support across school districts and Western Buckeye programs in Paulding and Van Wert counties.
Filling short and long term needs while supporting students with disabilities, collaborating with school teams,
and helping ensure continuity of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provides specialized instruction to students with disabilities by developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), adapting curriculum,
and using a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Maintains student progress data, collaborates with teachers and families, and ensures compliance with state and federal special education requirements.

* Supporting student academic and behavioral growth
* Maintaining required documentation and communication

*Requirements:
* Hold appropriate Ohio licensure
* Demonstrate strong communication, organization, collaboration, and classroom management skills,
along with the ability to support diverse learners effectively.
