Job Summary
The Instructional Staff Developer will provide coaching and support to instructional staff to enhance student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement instructional strategies to improve student achievement; Provide coaching and mentoring to instructional staff on best practices in instructional design and delivery; Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions; Analyze data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions; Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to leverage resources and expertise.Qualifications
Master's degree in Education or related field required; 3+ years of experience in education, instructional design, or a related field; Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational technology; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.Physical Requirements
