Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Staff Developer to join our team. As an Instructional Staff Developer, you will work closely with teachers and other educators to design and implement high-quality instructional materials and resources that support student learning and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to develop and review instructional materials and resources
Design and implement professional development programs for educators to enhance their instructional skills and knowledge
Analyze data and research to inform the development of instructional materials and resources
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and other resources into instructional materials and resources
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and community partners
Requirements
Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
3+ years of experience in education, curriculum development, or a related field
Proven track record of developing high-quality instructional materials and resources
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with exceptional student populations (e.g. students with disabilities, English language learners)
Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools
Certification in instructional design or a related field
