About the Employer

Job Title: Instructional Assistant-KG (SES)

Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an instructional assistant in a public school system or experience working with groups of children preferred.
* Basic reading, writing, and computation skills; good written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills preferred.

Requirements for Title I Paraprofessional:
* Must have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent and
* Must have met one of the following options:
* Completed two years of study (48 credit hours) at an institution of higher education;
* Hold an associate’s (or higher) degree;
* Have passed the parapro assessment through ETS.

Proof of Highly Qualified Certification:
Must be attached to your application to be considered for this position.

Pay Rate:
Instructional Assistant Grade C2B Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)

Assignment:
* Full time / 10 months / 183 days

Start Date:
This position is effective with the 2026-2027 school year.
