Requirements -

* All instructional aide positions require applicants to be "highly qualified" (NCLB compliant). The law defines "highly qualified" as having a high school diploma or equivalent, and one of the following:

2 years of study equal to 48 units,
AA degree or higher,
California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST),
