Oversees the proper use and storage of all equipment and supplies.

Performs Minor Maintenance

Performs minor maintenance as needed.

Maintains Custodial Procedures and Equipment Knowledge

Maintains an understanding of custodial procedures and equipment.

Secures Building

Secures building as directed.

Cleans Entire Building

Cleans entire building regardless of ceiling height, including dining areas.

Changes Light Bulbs

Changes light bulbs in ceilings up to 10 feet in height.

Assumes Head Custodian II Duties

Assumes head custodian ii duties as needed.

Performs Other Duties

Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate designee.
