Food Service Head Cook - Bedford High School

Description:
Orchestrates the daily production flow in the school kitchen. Prepares appealing and nutritious meals that meet the goals and objectives of the food service program.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6 hours per day for the school year.

Qualifications:

High school diploma. Three years experience in food preparation and/or associates degree in culinary arts or commercial food service operations preferred.
Proficient with computer software applications: Word processing, spreadsheets, and food service software programs preferred.
