Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Boys Soccer Coach to lead our varsity soccer team. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and inspire student-athletes to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching strategies to enhance player skills and team performance
• Provide individualized attention and guidance to players to help them improve their game
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to promote a positive and supportive team culture
• Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the soccer program, including scheduling, budgeting, and facilities management
• Develop and administer training programs for players to improve their technical and tactical skills
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and respect among players

Requirements

• 3+ years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Proven track record of success in developing and leading high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of soccer strategy, tactics, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to achieve their full potential

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must be able to travel to away games and tournaments as required
