Job Title: JV Girls' Soccer Coach

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic coach to lead our Junior Varsity Girls' Soccer team. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching youth soccer and be able to create a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement practice plans and game strategies Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players Foster a positive and inclusive team culture Communicate effectively with parents and other coaches Maintain accurate records of player progress and team statistics

Qualifications

Experience coaching youth soccer (JV or higher level) Strong knowledge of soccer tactics and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively First Aid/CPR certification preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the field as needed Ability to withstand varying weather conditions Must be able to travel to away games (mileage reimbursement provided)

Employment Terms

Part-time position, approximately 10 hours per week during the soccer season Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package available Background check and clearance required for all coaches
