Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in developing and implementing game strategies
• Provide guidance and instruction to players on team play, skills development, and sportsmanship
• Assist with player evaluation and selection for games and tournaments
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to promote a positive and inclusive team culture
• Maintain accurate records of practice attendance, game participation, and player evaluations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in physical education, sports management, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Proven track record of success as a coach
• Ability to work effectively with players, parents, and colleagues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
