Fitch Basketball Freshman Girls Coach Job Description > Salary: AEA Members: 11% of the base salary in accordance with the AEA negotiated agreement. Non-aea members: 11% of the base salary on the non-degreed certificated salary schedule. > Qualifications: Experience as a basketball coach at the freshman level or higher. Have a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. > Requirements to Start: > * Current and valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit > * Favorable state and federal background check > * Negative drug screen result > Essential Duties and Responsibilities: See attached job description for essential duties and responsibilities. > Working Conditions: Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set by the Ohio Department of Education.
