to fingerprint statewide criminal history records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement,

National criminal history records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation,

to local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies,

to a search of the sexual predator and sexual offender registries of any state in which the prospective employee resided during the immediate preceding 5 years.
