Job Summary:
The ESE-Inclusion Support Teacher will provide support to students with disabilities in the general education classroom and other settings. This position requires a strong understanding of special education laws, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate is a dedicated educator who can work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
*Responsibilities:
• Provide support to students with disabilities in the general education classroom and other settings
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment
• Assist in the implementation of behavioral interventions and crisis management strategies
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and data collection
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and regulations
*Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Valid teaching certification in special education (K-12) required
• Experience working with students with disabilities in a general education setting required
• Strong understanding of special education laws, policies, and procedures required

Salary Range:
$45,000 - $65,000 per year
