Overview

Job Title: Paraprofessional- ESE - Qualifications and Experience Requirements: - *  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Minimum of 60 semester hours from an accredited educational institution with at least 30 semester hours in general education core curriculum and/or child development and education or successful completion of the parapro test with a score of 457 or higher. - *  Experience working with children with disabilities. - *  Satisfactory completion of verbal de-escalation required within 90 days of appointment and maintained annually.  Separate class placement and 1:1 positions - satisfactory completion of CPI training required within 90 days of appointment and maintained annually. - Certifications/Licenses: - *  Valid state driver's license. - Please review job description at: https://brevardpublicschoolsfl.sites.thrillshare.com/documents/departments-and-programs/human-resources/job-descriptions/18568770
